Paris — 11:41 PM.

The small Airbnb apartment looked exactly like it had in the photos:

a tiny balcony, old wooden floors, and a view over the grey rooftops of Paris.

She stood by the window, arms crossed, watching the city glow in the night. Below, on Rue Norvins, a couple laughed as they stepped out of a bar.

She knew he was coming.

She just didn’t know what would happen after.

It was that kind of moment when time seems to slow down.

When a soft nervousness settles in your stomach… and then lower still.

That physical need for warmth, for closeness, for the kind of contact that makes everything else disappear.

When the door opened behind her, her heart began to race despite herself.

She didn’t need to turn around to know it was him.

He closed the door slowly.

The silence that followed felt dangerous.

“You knew I was coming,” he said.

It wasn’t a question.

A slight smile touched her lips.

“Maybe.”

She finally turned around.

Their eyes met.

And for a second, neither of them said a word.

Because some things don’t need words.

He moved closer.

Not quickly.

Like someone savoring every inch of distance as it disappeared between them.

She felt the warmth of his presence before he even reached her.

That kind of closeness that changes the temperature of a room.

“Are you nervous?” he whispered.

She looked up at him.

“No.”

But her breathing gave her away.

He was close enough now for her to catch his scent.

Close enough that the slightest movement felt like a decision.

His hand brushed softly against hers.

An almost innocent gesture.

But in that exact moment, that simple touch sent a shiver through her entire body.

She inhaled slowly.

Because she understood now.

This night wasn’t a mistake.

It was inevitable.

She took one step toward him.

Then another.

Until she could feel his body against hers, her breasts against his chest, their breaths blending in the stillness of the room.

At that distance, there was no more room for thinking.

Only for feeling.

Feeling the pressure of his erection against her, making the ache between her thighs pulse beneath the lace of her panties.

And in the silent space between two breaths, one thing became clear:

Some nights are not meant to be innocent.

Some nights are meant to be lived fully.

And this one was only just beginning.
